Accounting Assistant 50–60% with the possibility of full-time
We are now looking for an accounting assistant for our accounting firm starting in March/April. The position is initially 50–60%, with the possibility of increasing to 100% as the company grows.
About the position
As an accounting assistant with us, you will work with:
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Reconciliations for year-end closing
- Accounts payable
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- Other administrative tasks within accounting
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience working in an accounting firm
- Is familiar with ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Is meticulous, structured, and self-driven
- Enjoys working in a smaller growing company
Meritorious:
- Experience with Björn Lundén
- Knowledge of Polish
